Can't figure this out. Outlook 2003 sp2
Sent Items and Inbox will "suddenly" switch to using the wrong columns. Sent Items will go from using the "To" column to using the "FROM" column and vice versa. Very weird. Each time we go back into "Customize Current View" and Fields, then fix it to the SAME EXACT settings that every other machine has that does not have this problem.
Used the same image on numerous other workstations and none have this problem.

Are you saying the data switches columns? Or that the columns switch places? Does this happen for all user's pst files on this machine, or just one user?
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

In the sent items the "To" column is REPLACED with the "FROM" column. And vice versa in the inbox.
Haven't checked it for other users, it a one-user only workstation.
It would be MADDENING!!!! to rebuild the users profile.
