Outlook Calendar Problem

OS: Windows XP
CPU/Ram: 1.5 Pentium 1 Gig
Product: Lenovo / T61

Whenever I or another admin put a new appointment on my bosses shared calendar it's not showing up on his laptop. It shows up on his calendar on my computer and it shows up on his Blackberry but it's not showing up on his calendar on his laptop.

Any ideas?

Outlook 2003 and yes it is on an Exchange Server
