Hi,

Yesterday my outlook was working perfectly but today it has gone wonky. When opening it says
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Outlook could not start because a data file to send and receive mail could not be found. To add a data file, such as a personal folder file, double-click the Mail icon in Windows Control Panel"

Does that mean I've lost all my mail!!??

Thanks for your help

No, it just means that your profile got messed up. If rebooting won't fix, just set up your profile again. At first, you have to locate your pst file. Or set a new one.

Do a search for *.pst. You'll have to made sure and set the advanced options for searching to show hidden and system files, because sometimes the pst files are indeed hidden.

Once you locate your pst file, reopen Outlook and just browse to the location of the pst file.

If you need more assistance, please email me.
