Outlook appointment times

Hi, Calendars are not correct in Outlook. Whoever schedules a meeting, the calendar is correct on their computer but when it is sent to others it is one hour behind. What can I have the user try to resolve this? Thankyou

Make sure the Time Zone is properly configured on each computer. Life's more painless for the brainless.
