OK, I have outlook XP setup to check 6 accounts, 5 from my hosting provider. However, they only allow 3 smultaneous connections at a time. So if I try to check the 5 accounts at once, two are blocked (usually the last two on the list). I Emailed them to see if I could change that number and they said I had to split the send/recieve into two groups. I've done that, but it makes automatcially checking it a pain in the butt.

Does anyone know of a way to make outlook either stagger how it connects to the POP server OR a way to stagger the send/recieve groups? Thanks

This is a crazy idea, but it just MIGHT work...

In OutlookXP you can set each account how often it POP's the ISP...

Try setting one account to POP every 15 minutes...
Set another account to POP every 19 minutes...
Set another to POP every 11 minutes...

Etc...Etc...you get the idea...

Stagger the times and one POP won't interfere with another...

Let me know if this works...
