Help. I have a case of disappearing emails. When one particular user sends some emails with attachments, the email does not show up in their sent items folder. The messages are sent (because she receives the read receipts). There are no personal folders, no off-line use.

We are running Exchange 2000 with OL 2000. Please help.

thanks

Do you have Outlook configured to save sent emails in the Sent Items folder? If not, they won't save.
