You won't find the Address Book in that location...
You're running through and Exchange server? What happens when you click on the Address Book Icon on your toolbar? Or, when you create a new message and click on the "To:" field, what do you see?

Yes, I am running through an Exchange server. When I try to create a message I see an old contact list but not the global address list of everyone in the building. When I click on the Address Book Icon the same items show up. It is connected to the server because I receive messages and can also send them. I must have messed something up somehow.
May the force be with you...

Do you have the option to select your Global Address Book from the Drop-down arrow in the upper right hand corner?

The icon is there. However, after I click on it the same list of contacts are displayed. There is also an option for Outlook Address Lists. When I click on it there are no Outlook entries displayed.
