Outlook Address book question

Okay I need to apply some settings to the Outlook Adress book (things like what address list to show first, where to keep personal addresses and when sending mail check names using specific address lists in a certain order)
I have found the registry keys that do most of this but they are profile specific. This set up of course needs to be applied to whomever logs into the machine. I've looked over the resoruce kit but didn't see where I can set that info.
