Outlook 98 Can't Open AOL Attch

A friend of mine who uses Outlook 98 suddenly can't open any email attachments from AOL users. How can we solve this problem. I have searched through the newsgroups and Microsoft to no avail.

Yes your friend needs to download this free tool www.winzip.com this is because if you send multiple files or one very large file AOL compress them down to *.Zip format for you.
