Outlook 6 error

I get the error: The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Ian's Mail', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E When trying to check email on outlook 6 via Win XP yet with Win 98 and Outlook 5 (I think) - I have no problems Any help? I alos think my ports 25 & 110 may not be listening, how do you get then yo listen? Ian

Look in accounts for a check box labeled something like..."Outgoing server requires authentication"...check that box and try it again...

Have sorted it....it was the format the usernames where in - different to how they are in 98!!!
