Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone out there would be able to help me, or even just tell me if this is possible. Heres the scenario: We have an after hours public folder with a calander so that people that want to come in after hours can book a time. What we want to do is once someone books a time, send a message (or something) to the 2 people that have the access to open the store after hours, to see wether they are available to grant access at those times. It should ask them wether they are available (like the meeting request form) and if both of them resond "no" then the booking should not be allowed in the calander, but if either of them responds "yes" then the booking should stay.
