Hoping someone here can help as Jon Reinbold did with my no Net access after doing a Win Update problem. After re-installing Office 2K Pro, upon running Outlook 2K get msg "OLE Registration error occurred, the program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program". Upon hitting OK, Outlook exits. Might be relevant to point out that before the error msg comes up, Outlook has actually opened my .pst file because inbox is displayed. Have trawled numerous forums, summary of what I have found is that: -- Office uninstall doesn't clear everything out of the registry so do stuff like run MSFT eraser utility AND go in and manually delete all the Office reg keys -- Uninstall and re-install Outlook Express -- Get Office 2K updates (SR-1, ....) Have done all of the above in different sequences (just in case) but still no joy. Hoping someone knows exactly what the OLE registration error means or if it is catch-all type of error as the various 'solutions' would indicate. Thanks
