I'm not even sure how to explain this.

We are a small business and our end users are using Outlook 2010

One person has 1 email in the unread folder and every time he tries to open it, it sends a read report to the sender and also re-adds the exact identical email back into the unread folder.

It then generates an email that is a Modification Resolution report

I deleted his email account off his iPhone and re-added it but that did not change anything.

Don't have a clue where to start with this one

Is this only happening on his iPhone or does it happen on Outlook 2010 as well?

And is this happening to all his mail or just one single email?

It's just a synchronization log. It can be deleted.
