I'm having a problem finding out where the control is to have my messages that I reply to in Outlook automatically convert/stay in the format of HTML. It is always always plain text and it's messing with my head. :) I know I can go to the options tab and change it right away but it would be that much nicer if it was automatic.

Tools, Options, Mail Format, HTML. If the message is sent to you in Plain Text, you'll need to change it to HTML. There is no default configuration for that.

Tools, Options, Mail Format, HTML. -This is for outgoing configuration.

There is an option to change the format, you just can't set it as a default configuration.
