Outlook is not allowing me to send large attachements eg 32mb. It puts them in the Outbox and refuses to send them. I am pretty sure my internet provider allows them.

You'll have to check with your ISP first. If the emails are staying in the Outbox, then there is the possibility that they are indeed sending...over and over....

What is your server timeout set to?

EEOC
