Comment:

I'm an IT Inten and my boss wants me to figure out how to have kind of like a predefined .pst file in Outlook.
Basically something that a new user can click on to set up their email and have all the settings pre-defined, only having to put in their username and password uniquely. Does anyone have any ideas? Please help!

Yes, we are running Active Directories but do not want to set up roaming profiles.
