Ss a friend of mine contacted me today and said she was having an issue when she tried to RESPOND to any email in her inbox BUT only while a home. She works for the local chapter of the YMCA so they have their exchange server and gave her a laptop running vista and Outlook 2003. She can read and compose a new message and send it out just fine. However when she tries to RESPOND to a message her outlook locks up and she has to kill the program. She can respond to emails same account on her blackberry just fine. Only when she is at her home connection on her laptop and tries to respond to anything in her inbox does it lock up. When she is at the office it works just fine. Any thoughs?

How is she connecting to the Exchange Server when she's at home?

She is just connecting through a cable internet connection. I am guessing that her VPN works just fine because she can receive mail just fine and compose new messages. It is just when she tries to reply to mail.
