HELP! My task was to create a uniform signature in outlook 2003 for everyone in our comany to use.
Many issues some rsolved, some not.
My latest issue is that Outlook changes the font size and inserts a weird character, even tough it renders just fine in a browser window.

Why are you creating a signature in a browser window?

Hello,
I created it in Dreamweaver and viewed it in a browser window to check how it looks.

Why wouldn't you view it in Outlook "to check how it looks"?

Good point, but I don't believe this is the issue.
Like I said, I created it a html editor, and the resulting html file is applied in Outlook as an html signature.
The fonts sometimes behave erratically.
Any ideas on what might be causing this and how it might be remedied?
Thanks! D in D

If you're creating an Outlook Signature, you should create it in Outlook and make sure Word isn't set as the email editor.
Keep in mind, if the email recipient isn't using Outlook or an html capable email client, the signature may not display properly, or could be included as an attachment.
