Outlook 2003 'Show Contact Names'

Here is my situation.
I have a echange server which my laptop connects to usng microsoft office 2002. I upgraded to office 2003 professional.
Now when i add my 'contacts' they do not appear when i click new message then to under the filed 'show names from the' i only have 'offline address book' this never used to happen when i hzad it re-image and then apgraded before.

Remove the Outlook Address Book from your list of Services in Outlook.
Close Outlook. Reopen and readd the service.
Close Outlook again. Reopen and then go to the Properties on your Contacts folder. Under the Outlook Address Book tab, make sure the "Show this folder as an email address book" is checked.
