Reply:

Remove the Outlook Address Book from your list of Services in Outlook.

Close Outlook. Reopen and readd the service.

Close Outlook again. Reopen and then go to the Properties on your Contacts folder. Under the Outlook Address Book tab, make sure the "Show this folder as an email address book" is checked.
