A user had to recreate their Outlook profile for some unknown reason and they need access to their old Sent Items folder. Where does Outlook store this folder? If the items were in the Sent Items folder, then that's where they are in the old pst file. Is the user "using" the same pst file as before?

No, you can import any or all folders from the old .pst into the new one. File, Import. HTH Bryan
