Hiya all. Got an annoying problem! One of the 'computer guys' at work decided the best way to solve a problem of a larger than 2 gig .spt file in outlook 2002 would be to upgrade to outlook 2003. We cut the pst back using a program and then ran scanpst on it to repair errors. Or so we thought. Now when trying to add in the old .pst file (and i know it cannot be imported directly) it still is faulty and wont import. I believe it is still corrupt and am looking for some utilities thzat might fixed the issue. Any ideas?

What do you mean by "add in?" Are you trying to reopen the file from within Outlook XP or Outlook 2003? Or are you setting the old pst file as the Primary Mail Delivery pst file? Or..are you setting it as a secondary data file? A little more detail would help..
I'm sure you realize a 2 GB pst file is just a crash/corruption waiting to happen...
