Outlook 2003 problem

Whenever i open outlook i receive a "save as" dialog for anytime i simply click on an email or even if i don't click on an email it randomly pops-up anyways. I have no idea where to even start with this one :(

What is it trying to save? If you click on the Save As, what filetype is showing? Life's more painless for the brainless.

figured it out... the client just called back to let me know that his keyboard was sticky and the f12 (hotkey for "Save As") was stuck down.
