|Make two "Contacts" folders in Outlook:|
In the left-pane at bottom, click the folder icon to show all folders.
Right-click the "Contacts" folder and choose "New Folder".
Call it "Contacts 2" or your preferred name.
Create & save your second category of contacts in that folder.
To print the contents of each Contacts folder, open that folder.
Click File >> Print Preview to see what it will look like.
Click "Print" at the top
