Outlook 2003 is not working with PP

Hi, i m facing a problem with outlook. I have 256Kkbps broadbank wireless connection. This connection is working with PPPoE(Point to Point Protocol Over Ethernet). Before it i was using static ip address provided by my service provider.With old setting my every thing is wirking fine but when i replace the setting with PPPoE with static ip it does not work.When i reinstate the old setting it works again fine.Built in Outlook express of windows and out look of office xp also work fine but outlook of office 2003 is not working with PPPoE.Any suggestion or tip would be very helpful. Thanx in advance.
