I have found that two options in Microsoft Outlook 2003 Import and Export Wizard do not work - of course, the ones I want to use! When I try to activate "Export to a File" or "Export to another program or file" ("Next" button), nothing happens. A new selection window ought to open up, but doesn't. Is there a simple solution out there?
