Outlook 2003 SP2, new full installation. The File>Folder feature is grayed out (disabled). So is the File>New>Folder but the shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+E works. Any way to enable these features.
Since this is a duplicate post, it may be removed. Life's more painless for the brainless.
