is there a way to import my secretary's outlook 2003 PST file to and synchronize with my computer. we are networked so i can share and access my secretary's files. but she can't access mine. I need step by step help. thanks

You need to set up shares for each of the folders you want to share. Then, set share permissions.

Map a drive to the shared folder on the other computer.

For the pst file, you'll need to add her pst file to your list of data files.

If she needs access to your pst file, then she'll need to do the same...add your pst file to her data file list.
