Outlook 2003 double spacing

when sending out a replay it is comeing out in double spacing, and i cant see how to chang it back

- Goto Tools/Options - Click on the button email options - In the zone on replies and forwards, for the first two fields, select the option "include original text message" and deselect the option "Mark my comments with".
