Hi, have several users creating distro lists, and saving them correctly. However, when they create a new mail and click the To button and try and find the relevent contact/distro list its not there. Any ideas???

If you're not using Exchange, and the users are creating the Distribution Lists in their Contact, then the Distribution Lists will indeed be shown in bold when selecting the proper Contacts from the drop down.
They don't need to go through those steps though. All that is necessary is to type the name of the Distribution List in the To: line. If multiple Lists are desired, separate them by semi-colons.
