I am having a couple of problems with Outlook 2003. The first problem is that when I create a new email message and then click the "To" button, there is nothing in the resulting dialog even though there are 174 entries in my Outlook contacts. I cannot find a setting anywhere to correct that.
Second, several times a day Outlook crashes and wants to send a report to Microsoft. I alway slet it and it restarts right away. I tried to copy the contents of the error message to MS but, even though I could scroll through it, I could not select any of it to copy. It is way too long to try to copy manually.
I've just reloaded my computer from scratch and reinstalled Office 2003 fresh after that. I have 7 email accounts configured, all POP3 except an MSN account.
