The version you're running makes no different in this case. 2003 and 2007 use the same file format for pst files. Are you using the same pst file? Do you see all the old mail? So, if you click on "Contacts" on the Navigation Pane, the folder is empty?

Yes, when I click on "Contacts", the folder is empty?? How do I find out if I'm using the same .pst file? I don't use Outlook for mail so I don't have anything in there. I only had info in my Contacts. Can you help? Thanks for responding back.

Easiest thing to do would be copy them from the old pst file. Locate it on your backup media, then copy it somewhere locally. With Outlook open, File, Open, Outlook Data File, then browse to the old pst file. Your Contacts should be there.

Just out of curiosity, why use Outlook Contacts if you're not using Outlook for email?
