Dear friends: I have problem with outlook 2003 I cannot send emails however I can receive emails I have checked all settings and there is no problem and before there was no problem but now as send the messege I receive that the messege is sent but then I receive an email indicating that the email was not delivered with following messeg:your mail was considered unsolicited bulk e-mail Plz help me!

I believe that's pretty self-explanatory. You should check with the recipient and see if he/she or the ISP they are using is blocking your email or identifying it as spam.
