Outlook 2003 cannot email or print

I have Outlook 2003. Until yesterday everything was fine. This morning, when I try to send an email or print an email, I can't and I get the following error: "The message interface has returned an unknown error." I tried searching Microsoft Support and the web, but none of the suggested answers work. All I get is a problem when printing the Calendar, which is not my problem. I just cannot print any email and I cannot send any emails out. Any ideas, suggestions?
