When I try to save a date or open a saved date, it will not open unless I turn off my computer and restart. Only happens once in awhile and I cannot find anything on it. Any ideas

What do you mean by "Save a date?" Do you mean save a Calendar Entry?

If I try to schedule an appointment or open an existing appointment it will not open the appointment window to view or type in a new one. If I close Outlook and re-boot my computer - then open Outlook again the Calendar program works properly until the next time it happens. Thanks for getting back to me

Sounds like a problem with the pst file. Creat a new one, and change it to Mail Delivery. Then, create an entry in the Calendar and see if the problem recurs.
