I am needing to create an auto responder in Outlook 2K3. The incoming message originates from a specific addresss that is always the same but the header includes a reply-to address that is always different. The autoresponder needs to reply using the reply-to addresss. It does not seem to be doing so. It is replying to the address the message originated from. Can anyone offer advice on this? I am using a template for the response and the message rule is configured to cue off the message subject which is alway the same.
