Hey TSG's
I have 2 problems which both fall under the same spectrum.
Problem 1: How do I turn off the auto-reply in Outlook 2003. But here is the kicker. I want to auto-reply but only to certain people. I want a do auto-reply and do not auto-reply list. This is the problem. I have a friend that has her computer to auto-reply, but a specific person has their computer setup the exact way...to auto-reply. And the both of their auto-replys continue to reply to each other constantly. How can we stop this? is their a way to make a do and do not list.
Problem 2: In Outlook 2003, is their a way to have a do and do not list for Out-of-Office replies. If so, please explain.

I'm assuming your users are running through an Exchange server, as the Out of Office Assistant can only be configured when using Exchange. So, it's rather simple. Go to Tools, Out of Office Assistant, Select "I am currently out of the office" and also check the "Auto-reply only once to the sender...." etc.
You can also create rules to manage the incoming mail.
