Outlook 2003 Assistance

Product: Compaq/Presario X1000

How can I send out emails (BCC) to my recipients and have that 'To:' field either blank or at least just the recipients email who receives the actual email? Currently it shows my email address. I am using Outlook 2003.

Hope someone can understand the above gibberish.
