Loaded Office 2003 Pro. and did ull install of all items. When I open Outlook and try to find the Business Contact Manager I can't find it listed in the menus anywhere. Does anybody have an idea as to where or what i have to do?
Thanks,

Have you looked within the Address book and/or in it's help file?

Ok, here is something you can work with:
MS Webcast tutorial that also instructs on what you need to install and run it.

You can view the text version or download any of several other formats including streaming video.
