Specs: Windows XP
I have outlook 2003 and all of my contacts are in my contacts list under personal folders and I can send emails to my contacts, their names come up in the TO field and it is not a problem. Today I went to make my first distribution list but my address book is empty and I cannot get my contacts list to be my address book or to have them in the address book. I do have the the ck mark next to show contacts as address book under contact properties checked... help! The address book is empty. How do I get my contact folder to appear in my address book?

You'll have to go into your account settings and delete the Outlook Address Book. Reopen Outlook, then close it. Add the Outlook Address Book back into the list of Address Books, then reopen Outlook.
