Hi, I'm on a workstation that gives me an error sometimes that the user does not have permissions to move, delete, etc. her emails. When I close the Outlook and open it up again everything seem to be fine for a few weeks. Any suggestions?

Is the pst file local? What version of Outlook was it created in?

Yes, it has a local *.pst file and it was created in office 2003 basic edition. I reinstalled office and imported the pst data file so that all her emails would be back.
