Using Outlook 2002, I have a couple email groups set up. When I send a message to a group, the message sits in my outbox indefinitely and some members of my group get multiple copies of the email. The other day, I sent a group email at the end of the day, and in the morning, one of the members of the group called me to say he had received 2000+ copies of the same email!! I had to delete it out of my outbox to stop it. Any ideas?!? It only behaves this way when emailing to groups. Not individuals, and not multiple recipients entered manually (i.e. To: john@hotmail.com; jane@hotmail.com; spot@hotmail.com)

You will have to run Inbox Repair Tool. Click on Start-->Search/Find and search for "scanpst.exe" w/o the quotes. Run the the tool. When it stops it will say it has found "minor inconsistencies" "repair is optional". Uncheck the check mark at the bottom and click Repair.
