outlook 2002 removing old user

Hey all,
I have a dept. secretary who needs to remove a user from her list of calendar users when she goes to File, Open, and has a list of users there.
a user doesn't show up on this list unless they have specifically granted this secretary some level of access to their calendar. but in this case, a user is still listed that no longer works there, so there is no convenient way to set her back up on the current director's machine.
so how can I get the former user off of the list? would it take setting her up again on an outlook 2002 account and removing the secretary from the permissions list? if I set her up would that permission even show up? I doubt it would. but any other way to accomplish this would be great if anyone has a good idea how to do it. :)

The former employee must still have her Exchange account.
So, I'm guessing that if the user's account was no longer on the Exchange Server her name would no longer show on the list of available Calendars for the Dept. Secretary.
