Hi, I have a user who at least once a day gets the following problem with Outlook 2002: "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Sent: 4/8/2003 10:52 AM The following recipient(s) could not be reached: on 4/8/2003 10:52 AM None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient." It doesn't matter who he's trying to send to, all messages start bouncing. We are running Exchange 5.5 also btw. Anyway the only way to fix this stupid problem is to delete his mail profile, and then recreate a new profile. Then it works for a few hours and then suddenly decides no more, and it's back to recreating the profile. I support a mixture of Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 users, however he is the only one having this problem. Any suggestions?

OK, now I'm thinking it must have to do with his .ost file. He probably synchronized his .ost file when we had our old e-mail server up. The new server has a different name, so now when he does offline work and it loads the .ost file, it must contain some kind of pointer to the old server which doesn't exist.
