I am using MS Outlook 2002 on an XP Pro PC. My outlook has been working fine for several months, but today I can recieve email but my choices for New, Reply, Forward are greyed out. I also have emails in the Out Box that won't go. When I click Send/Recieve I get no error messages and the message stays in the Out Box. When I go into the email accounts I can click on the test button and everything passes, on all eamil accounts. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Your email server is temporarily down? If it persists then contact your ISP for more information.

Its not a problem with the ISP. I have the same email accounts setup on an identical PC running the same versions of software on the same network and internet connection and it works fine. Both PC's have have been running for several months with no changes to any settings.

Try doing a "system restore" from a time when the email was working.
