I have a few users including myself who have the same problem and would like to seek your help.
We use Office XP Professioal SP3 on Windows XP Projessonal SP1. In Outlook, sometimes, a new message is sent to Deleted Items and does not remain in Inbox. With 1 particular user, everything she receives from one of our users goes to the Deleted Items and I mean everything. New e-mail messages, Meeting requests, etc. For others, it is random. Only common settings I can find is that we all use Junk mail function / rule and I have confirmed that none of our internal users are listed on the junk senders list. I have been looking around but have not had any luck yet. Could someone tell me what may be going on and how to fix it?
