Please can someone help. For some reason, I can no longer send an e-mail from my Outlook 2000. I can receive fine and, when I log on to the online mail box at ntlworld, I can send messages just fine. There is something causing my e-mail not to send and I have no idea what it is. I have norton and I have tried disabling this completely, but still no answers.

I have also tried deleting the e-mail account and adding it again but it's still the same. Any help would be very much appreciated, Many thanks,

Neddy :-)

Are you receiving any errors? Are the messages staying in the Outbox? A little more information would be great.
