Hello,

I tried to create an offline folder file and got this error message:

The file C:\WINDOWS\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost cannot be accessed because it has been configured for use with different mailbox.

I can't proceed from this point. Please help. Thank you.

If you're the only user of your mail program, you could rename it and then have outlook create a new outlook.ost file.
