Outlook 2000 Not Responding

CPU/Ram: 850MHZ; 128MB

I'm having troubles with Outlook 2000 SP3 hanging up or not responding on many task that I try to preform, example switching from my Inbox to Draft folder open a message to read. I have done a detect and repair with no luck. This problem happens at random. Any suggestions?
