Hey guys

this problem has been there since the past couple of months now. Even after searching a LOT on the internet for this kinda problem, I dint get any solution for it.

Well, thisis what happens...
I use Outlook 2000 (installed with Microsoft Office 2000) and whenever i start Outlook 2000, it just gets stuck on the splash screen and it just says NOT RESPONDING.

SOMETIMES it starts after like 40 minutes and after my next OUTLOOK start, it starts off again (NOT RESPONDING)

Did anyone face this kinda problem before ???

Please do lemme know

Im desperate to get this solved ASAP

Oh and yeah, I UNINSTALLED OFFICE > RAN REGCLEANER > REINSTALLED OFFICE 2000, still the problem persists (Did it like 4/5 times... but din't help AT ALL)

Please reply ppl !

Yes, the 1.92 gb pst can cause outlook to lock up. The limit, I believe, is 2 gb. In my experience it can start to corrupt at as small as 1.2 gb, so ur pretty lucky to have made it to 1.92 You need to be able to open up your pst and split it up. I do not know of a way to do this outside of being in Outlook. Try opening it on another computer if you can, that seems to work sometimes even when it locks up on your computer. Good luck!
