I would be very grateful if anyone can help me with this problem.
A colleague and I have been sharing net folders provided with Outlook 2000 for a number of months. The colleague has now registered with Telewest broadband with a blueyonder e-mail address.
When we went to resume net folder invitations and to reset the folders nothing happened his end. He could not see the accept/decline button and no information is coming through to mine.
I have checked that he is not on IMAP which does not support net folders as you know, the only difference I can see between his configurations and mine is that he is connected using LAN as opposed to a phone line.
Can you suggest how we might overcome this problem?
